(CercleFinance.com) – UBS SA has today decided to appeal to the Supreme Court following the verdict of the Paris Court of Appeal.
The decision of the Court of Appeal concerns a fine of 3.75 million euros, the confiscation of one billion euros and damages of 800 million euros for the civil party.
‘This will allow the bank to thoroughly assess the verdict of the Court of Appeal and determine the next steps, in the best interests of its stakeholders,’ the group said.
