UBS postpones Q2 earnings release to August 31

ZURICH, June 7 (Reuters) – Swiss bank UBS announced on Wednesday the postponement of the publication of its second quarter results to August 31.

The first Swiss banking group, which is currently working to finalize the takeover of its rival Credit Suisse, previously planned to publish its quarterly accounts on July 25.

The Financial Times reported on Sunday that UBS was considering pushing back its earnings release until the end of August to deal with complexities related to the Credit Suisse takeover. (Report Noele Illien, Blandine Hénault for the French version, edited by Jean-Stéphane Brosse)
