UFL, the new football license is scheduled for January 2022

Whereas FIFA 22 still dominates the charts in the best selling video games in the world, UFL appeared during the Opening Night Live of Gamescom 2021. We do not yet know much about this new license dedicated to football but the studio Strikerz Inc gives us an appointment in the month of January 2022.

UFL awaits you on January 27, 2022

It’s certain Twitter that the appointment was given to discover, a priori, the first gameplay images of the title. The latter has only ever shown himself through his trailer and it would be more than welcome to see some sequences ingame in order to be able to get an idea of the direction that will take UFL.

Not much information to date regarding this new challenger to FIFA and ePES, except that the title has concluded some partnerships with several other European clubs and that it will be necessary to rely on the official licenses of West Ham United, AS Monaco, Sporting Portugal, Shaktar Donetsk, Borussia Dortmund as well as recently Besiktas.

The clubs are not the only ones to have granted their license and some players have themselves become ambassadors. After Oleksandr Zinchenko and Roberto Firmino, it’s the Belgian Romelu Lukaku who becomes the third big name to represent UFL.

We will therefore have to wait another month before knowing more about the title in development since 2016. We especially expect a clarification on the consoles that will be able to accommodate the title because the studio has remained vague until now.
