Ukraine-Between 2,500 and 3,000 Ukrainian soldiers have died since the start of the conflict, says Zelensky

April 16 (Reuters) – Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky told CNN on Friday that between 2,500 and 3,000 Ukrainian troops had died since the start of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, adding that another 10,000 had been injured.

Russia launched an offensive in Ukraine on February 24, described as an “invasion” by Washington and its Western allies but which Moscow presents as a “special military operation”. (Report David Ljunggren; French version Camille Raynaud)
