April 16 (Reuters) – Russia has destroyed buildings at an armored vehicle factory in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv and a military maintenance facility in the town of Mykolav, the Interfax news agency said on Saturday, quoting the minister Defense Russian.
The strikes were carried out by high-precision long-range weapons, he said.
Russia also shot down a Ukrainian SU-25 plane near the town of Izium, southeast of Kharkiv, Interfax added, citing the Russian Defense Ministry. (Reuters editorial; French version Kate Entringer)
