Ukraine says it has evacuated 190,000 civilians from combat zones


LVIV (Reuters) – Ukraine has evacuated 190,000 civilians from frontline areas through humanitarian corridors set up since Russia began its invasion of the country, the Deputy Prime Minister said on Saturday. Irina Vereshchuk.

The Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister clarified that the humanitarian corridors in the Kyiv and Luhansk regions are operational this Saturday, which is not completely the case for the one leading to the besieged city of Mariupol, in the east of the country, the buses not being authorized to pass by the Russian troops.
