Umalis: net income falls to 4 kE in 2021

(Boursier.com) — In February 2021, Umalis Group took control of its competitor, Cape Services, a company dedicated to wage portage. “The 2021 accounts show the success of this acquisition”, indicates the company which issues its accounts for the 2021 financial year.

Umalis’ turnover reached 1.66 million euros in 2021, up +76% compared to the 2020 financial year (947 kE). Supported by an acceleration in activity, the gross margin stood at 1.66 ME (937 kE in 2020), up +77%.

Ebitda is up very sharply. It stood at 11 kE (7 kE in 2020). The operating result is down to 9 kE. The operating margin falls to 0.54% in 2021 (1.28% in 2020).

The net result is 4 kE in 2021 (15 kE in 2020). The net margin stands at 0.24% of turnover for 2021 (1.58% in 2020).

Umalis Group is considering other acquisitions in the 2023 financial year.
