VIRGILE IS DESPITE HIM IN A TERRIBLE SITUATION
After being knocked out by Eliott, Virgil wakes up to find with amazement that José’s car has disappeared. Indeed, Eve’s son is leading her to a deserted place and then finds tubes containing the stolen paintings in the trunk. After recovering them, he hastens to set the vehicle on fire.
Later, Virgil informs José that his car has been stolen. Although he did not see the thief, Virgil knows perfectly well that his attacker knows the campsite well and that he left by a small road that no one knows. José then summons him to find her as soon as possible. Without waiting, Virgil questions Blamont about his schedule, which affirms that he was with a prostitute at the time of the theft. When Virgil asks him if he saw the parked car, the former owner of the campsite dodges.
Meanwhile, the investigation into the Guardian’s murder is moving forward. Indeed, a witness saw a man flee from the villa around two in the morning. The forensic pathologist confirms that the victim died from a powerful and precise stab. According to him, there is a good chance that the killer is a professional and Manu thinks then that it could be a military one.
For his part, Eliott is working on another assignment for prosecutor Bernier. As part of an infiltration concerning money laundering, he therefore has a job interview in a car rental agency.
Not far from there, Eve confides in Sabine about her story with Manu. Even if they have decided to take their time, the French teacher admits that she feels good with him. At the end of the day, José explains to Philippe that they have lost the paintings. The latter then gives him 24 hours to find them.
NOTHING GOES BETWEEN ANISSA AND YASMINE
Relations between Anissa and Yasmine are still strained. If Yasmine tries to make her daughter understand that without her help Driss might have died by now, Anissa would like her side to help her without endangering her life. When she then suggests sending Driss to another prison, Yasmine firmly opposes it.
Arriving at work, Yasmine is upset and confides in David about his argument with Anissa. After reassuring her, the nurse tells her in turn of the financial problems he has encountered since he was single. Indeed, he admits having spent a lot in order to meet people and overcome the loneliness.
At the same time, Antonin tells Dylan that he crossed paths with Anissa with her new boyfriend. As the young man is certain that his ex provokes him to make him react, Dylan advises him to have a discussion with her to be fixed. However, Antonin retorts that he has nothing to say to him.
During this time, Inès offers Anissa to move in to the roommate with her grandmother but she considers that it is not the right time. Yasmine, who overheard their conversation, thinks it would be a good idea for her to walk away with everything that’s going on right now. Only, Anissa does not want to leave and see her mother take risks alone.
For his part, Bruce tells Leo that his mission is over.
