(Boursier.com) — You don’t change a formula that works. Building on a successful summer of 2022 on its transatlantic routes, United Airlines will continue its offensive for the next summer period by launching three new routes (to Malaga, Stockholm and Dubai) and by strengthening six existing lines to Rome, Paris, Barcelona, London, Berlin and Shannon. In total, United will serve 37 cities in Europe, Africa, India and the Middle East next summer, more destinations than all other US airlines combined.

The carrier says it recorded historic levels of travel demand to Europe during the last summer peak, up 20% from 2019. “We are anticipating another busy summer for international travel and we are proud to build on our industry-leading global network to provide our customers with the widest range of destinations and the most convenient travel options,” said Patrick Quayle, senior vice president of global network planning and alliances at United.
