In 2015, PS4 owners could discover a brand new production of Supermassive Games, Until Dawn. Well if you enjoyed this title (or not), know that a remaster version has been announced. The PS5 and PCs will therefore be able to enjoy this brand new edition, which was entitled to a trailer, a bit of details and images ; visible in our gallery on page two of this article.

Until Dawn established itself as an iconic title in the horror genre when it was released almost ten years ago. We took these incredible foundations, and added more emotional depth, visual enhancements, and a new soundscape.
With the help of Unreal Engine 5, Ballistic Moon and his team of experienced horror fans, movie buffs, and game designers have made numerous improvements to Until Dawn, all made with passion and love for the game. original title. Better yet: this remastered version will be available on PS5 and PC this year!
Until Dawn has been remade using the latest tools and techniques. The new animations consolidate the original character performances. The characters, environments and sound effects have all been refined to deliver the ultimate cinematic horror experience. We used a wider palette of tonal colors, as well as new perspectives to deliver an even more nuanced and emotionally rich story.
This improved version of Until Dawn also features a new third-person camera that lets you see the mysterious corners of Blackwood Mountain in a new light. You can enjoy a new perspective on the original game, and explore locations enriched with new interactions and collectibles. Players will feel like they’re experiencing that fateful night in 2014 themselves with the addition of the third-person camera and contextual character movement animations.
The soundscape of Until Dawn has also benefited from a massive overhaul. The game features a new soundtrack, composed by famed horror film composer Mark Korven, as well as licensed music.
We wanted to keep the fantastic storyline of the original opus, but we took the opportunity to develop unexplored moving passages of the story.
