(CercleFinance.com) – US Bancorp announces net banking income of $22.8 billion in 2021, a decline of 2.1% compared to the previous year.
On the other hand, the net profit increases by 60% between 2020 and 2021, going from 5 to 8 billion dollars, showing an EPS of 5.1 dollars, against 3.06 dollars a year earlier (i.e. 66% increase) .
In the 4th quarter, US Bancorp saw its turnover decline by 1.2%, to 5.7 billion dollars.
At the same time, US Bancorp’s net profit came to $1.7 billion, down 10% from the same period twelve months earlier. Quarterly EPS was $1.07, versus $0.95 a year earlier.
