Use after shots – 18-year-old fired at station signs with a rifle

A large-scale police operation resulted in a dangerously stupid action by an 18-year-old from Ohlsdorf on Saturday afternoon. The young man shot at the Aurachkirchen train station with an air rifle. Six police patrols put the shooter: report.

There were several shots that are said to have been fired on Saturday at around 11.40 a.m. at Aurachkirchen train station. An 18-year-old from Ohlsdorf is said to have deliberately fired a rifle at various station signs, according to the police.

A passer-by who witnessed the dangerous carelessness raised the alarm via an emergency call – a large-scale operation was the result. Six police car crews from the Gmunden district were dispatched immediately. They arrived at the train station within minutes.

Weapon hidden
The suspect is likely to have noticed the arrival of the executive. When he was searched, he no longer had a weapon with him and denied the crime. Eventually he admitted to hiding an air rifle (caliber 4.5 mm) in a bush. He wants to have found this. A provisional gun ban was imposed on the 18-year-old and he is reported to the Gmunden district authority.
