(AOF) – UV, specialist in the depollution of water, air and surfaces by high-tech UV, announces the sale, on July 8, 2023, of a block of 388,158 shares by André Bordas , founder of the company. These securities, representing 12% of the capital and 1,472,000 euros, were sold at a price of 3.80 euros, i.e. a discount of 17.8% compared to the weighted average price over the last 20 trading days preceding the transaction. . This transaction allows Nextstage AM, MCA Finance and Willy Fortunato shareholders to increase their stake.
At the end of the operation, the participation of Concert Bordas increases to 24.35% of the capital and that of Willy Fortunato to 1.87%.
In addition, Julien Pourquery has been appointed Independent Director within UV Germi.
