Vaccination critics are taking legal action against Swissmedic

The allegations are massive: the authority has hastily approved Covid 19 vaccines that are neither necessary nor effective nor safe. All the experts summoned are well-known corona skeptics.

Do the Covid 19 vaccinations do more harm than good? That’s what some scientists and lawyers claim.

The two women tell tragic stories. Both of them are in poor health – and blame it on the corona vaccination. Mai T.J. was hospitalized immediately after the third dose and was diagnosed with severe rheumatoid arthritis shortly thereafter. The 44-year-old trained clerk has been in a wheelchair ever since and is only 50 percent able to work. “I haven’t been able to take care of myself for eleven months. And I’m in constant pain.”

After the second vaccination, Rosanna K. suffered from chronic exhaustion, fever and diffuse pain for almost a year. “I couldn’t look after my small children and couldn’t work as a flight attendant anymore,” says the 28-year-old today. “The temporal connection with the vaccination could not be more obvious.” She regrets that she was vaccinated. But she had no choice because she didn’t want to lose her job.

The two women appeared as key witnesses at a media conference at the airport on Monday afternoon. Together with four other suspected victims of mRNA vaccines and other people, they filed criminal charges against the Swiss drug authority Swissmedic in July – and also against vaccinating doctors. They accuse the persons reported of “serious and permanent violations of fundamental legal duties of care”. They had carried out an “experiment on humans”.

“Significant Risks”

Swissmedic has approved the new medicinal products, although the minimum requirements required by law were not met at any time. The authority failed to adequately minimize the significant risks associated with the approval of these products and to protect the health of consumers effectively. And they misled the public with “incomplete and explicitly untrue information” about the actual risk-benefit ratio.

The cases of the three women are representative of many others, says a group of lawyers and scientists behind the ad. The group explains that it is now going public by saying that it wants to prevent even more people from being harmed by mRNA vaccines. Accordingly, they are also demanding that the vaccination campaign be stopped immediately.

But obviously it is also about putting pressure on the judiciary. Because the responsible authorities have remained “largely passive” in the four months since the criminal complaint was filed. The vaccination critics did not want to disclose which public prosecutor’s office received the criminal complaint. According to information from the NZZ, it is the public prosecutor’s office of the canton of Bern.

Controversial statements about the pandemic

The group puts a lot of effort into it. The advertisement consists of 300 pages. In addition, there are 1,200 pages of “scientific evidence” for the harsh allegations. All scientists from Germany, Austria and Switzerland who appeared at the event at Zurich Airport had made controversial statements about the pandemic in recent years.

Urs Guthauser examined the patients and now says he can rule out other causes for their symptoms. The cosmetic surgeon and sports doctor is a co-founder of the doctors’ network Aletheia, which considers the vaccination campaign to be a “criminal field trial”.

Andreas Sönnichsen says the vaccination is “pointless”. There is no demonstrable benefit for young, healthy people – but a significant potential for harm. Sönnichsen was a professor of general medicine at the Medical University of Vienna, but he got the job terminated because the university management did not agree with his statements about Covid-19. Sönnichsen had said, among other things, that the intensive care units were mostly vaccinated, that the enforcement of PCR tests was questionable and that the benefits of masks had not been proven.

As harmless as the flu?

Michael Palmer, who spoke on Monday about the potentially harmful effects of mRNA vaccines, was a professor of biochemistry at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. In a course advertisement, he described Covid-19 as a “fake emergency”. In an email he mistakenly sent to the entire faculty, Palmer also claimed that although Corona kills a few people, it is no more dangerous than flu.

Martin Haditsch, who appealed to the media to finally report the “truth”, is a specialist in microbiology. He belongs to the “Extra-parliamentary Corona Investigation Committee”, which resisted the Corona measures in Germany. Konstantin Beck is Adjunct Professor of Insurance Economics at the University of Lucerne. He suggested on Monday that the vaccinations were to blame for excess mortality. And they would have caused the most massive decline in births in Switzerland for over a hundred years.

Beck caused a stir in 2021 when he explained in a video that more people would fall victim to the consequences of the measures – such as loneliness – than to the virus itself. However, this claim was based on a false statistical evaluation, as Beck later had to admit.

Swissmedic has classified 6,000 of the 15,000 reported side effects of the Covid 19 vaccinations as “serious”, with fever, headache, fatigue, chills, nausea and dizziness being the most common. Given the 16 million doses vaccinated by the end of August, these serious side effects affect only every 2666th case. In Germany, these numbers are similarly high.

But that doesn’t calm the vaccine skeptics, on the contrary: They accuse the authorities of deliberately manipulating the numbers – or at least of not wanting to admit the true extent of the vaccine damage. “We have to assume that only a fraction of the cases will be recorded,” says lawyer Markus Zollinger from the lead law firm Kruse Law in Zurich. “So we have no way of knowing what went wrong.”

Swissmedic wards off criticism

When asked, Swissmedic spokesman Lukas Jaggi wrote that his institute took note of the criminal complaint against employees. As far as the approval of the Covid-19 vaccines is concerned, the respective application documents have been checked according to all rules and standards of science, just like with all other approval applications for new active substances.

“There were no ‘short cuts’ when assessing the risk-benefit ratio,” Jaggi notes. “No compromises were made in terms of the requirements for safety, effectiveness and quality.” Protecting the health of the Swiss population is a top priority for Swissmedic.
