Like every end of the year, Valve shares some information about the past year. Best sellers, best new releases, most popular games, many categories have been shared, allowing you to have a fairly accurate overview of the titles that were successful in 2021.
So, as you can see in the rankings detailed below, Valheim was perfectly able to perform well, despite its early access, since it is in the three most important charts, just like Apex Legends (bestsellers and most popular), while it will celebrate its three years in February. Despite criticism, New World and Battlefield 2042 also place themselves in these tops. We find, of course, the big names of the platform such as CSGO, DOTA 2, PUBG, which will go free-to-play at the start of the year, or Rust.
