(AOF) – Vallourec has appointed Ludovic Oster as Director of Human Resources. He takes office on July 4, 2022 and joins the Executive Committee. François Curie will leave the group at the end of the year and will ensure a transition period for the transformation projects for which he is responsible. Since August 2018, Ludovic Oster has been Human Resources Director of the Elior Group, where he contributed to the implementation of the group’s strategy, in particular through the alignment and commitment of the teams, the development of human resources and the organizational efficiency.
Ludovic Oster therefore joins his former boss at Elior and now at the head of Vallourec, Philippe Guillemot.
Philippe Guillemot, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Vallourec, declared: “I am delighted to welcome Ludovic to the group and the Executive Committee. With solid experience in supporting change, particularly in organizational transformation process, he will bring all his know-how to Vallourec at a key stage in its development”.
