Valorant: No air conditioning, it’s party time for Kameto and Karmine!

There was no longer any suspense, but the news is still pleasing. While waiting for the possible LEC announcement, Kameto has formalized the Karmine Corp slot on Valorant in VCT, giving some details and context.

Kameto had teased an announcement at 4 p.m., and the fans were as always there on the streamer’s channel. If many were hoping for an announcement regarding the LEC slot, the boss of the Karmine Corp. did not prolong the suspense by announcing directly using a personalized Spike, that its structure joined the circuit VCT.
The information had obviously leaked yesterday, but a confirmation in due form is always useful. Kameto wants to win the Worlds of LoL, but also those of Valorant (the Champions). And joining the big stage is the first step on this long road.
Some exclusives during the announcement
On the stream, Kameto gave some details to his community. For those who weren’t on the stream, we gave you a little summary.
- the roster not decided yet. Kameto does not yet know what the team will be made of but he wants to be ambitious.
- There won’t be no academic team, that was not possible with the Riot Games rules anyway. We should therefore no longer see classico MDR vs Karmine Corp, unless the ZeratoR team manages to climb!
- Kameto will be able to continue to broadcast his team’s matches with co-casting.
The 10 teams in the EMEA region
At 4 p.m., all the teams in the region EMEA has been announced. There are three Spanish teams and 2 French teams. Compared to the 2022 season, the VCT cast has changed a lot! FPX, BIG or even G2 have disappeared.
