PARIS, January 18 (Reuters) – The stocks to follow on Tuesday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe:
* ORANGE ORAN.PA – The Elysée Palace has taken a stand in favor of the candidacy of Christel Heydemann, current manager of Schneider Electric SCHN.PA in Europe, to take over the general management of Orange ORAN.PA, BFM Business reports on Tuesday on its website.
* VIVENDI VIV.PA announced on Tuesday an 8.5% stake in the digital communication group Progressive Media, without specifying the amount of this investment.
* EDF EDF.PA – Moody’s and S&P Global Ratings announced on Monday evening that they were placing their group’s credit rating on watch for a possible downgrade and Fitch Ratings reduced its rating to BBB+ from A-. In addition, in a message to the group’s executives, its CEO said he planned to present measures within a month to strengthen its balance sheet and “protect its interests”. nL8N2TX43R
* ADP ADP.PA – The airport operator announced on Monday evening a 37.2% increase in its traffic in 2021, i.e. 43.4 million additional passengers welcomed compared to 2020 throughout its network, traffic that remains much lower than in 2019. nL8N2TX3VK

* RIO TINTO RIO.L said Tuesday forecast iron ore deliveries slightly below expectations for 2022.
* ATLANTIA ATL.MI announced on Monday evening the takeover from SIEMENS SIEGn.DE of Yunex Traffic, a company specializing in road infrastructure services, for 950 million euros.
* HUGO BOSS BOSSn.DE gains 2.8% in pre-market trading according to broker Lang & Schwarz after the publication of unaudited annual results that beat its forecasts.
* LINDT & SPRÜNGLI LISN.S confirmed its 2021 margin forecast on Tuesday and said it forecasts an increase of 5% to 7% in its turnover for this year after organic growth of 13.3% last year.
