* ASML ASML.AS said Friday it is preparing to begin production of its new $350 million “High NA EUV” machine, a double-decker bus-sized device that is at the center of its efforts to conserve its lead in a $125 billion market.
* NOVO NORDISK NOVOb.CO announced Friday that it had reached an agreement with a medical spa and weight loss clinic in Florida that it accused of marketing counterfeit versions of its diabetes and obesity treatments.
* MICHELIN MICP.PA must publish the results of its second fiscal quarter after the close of the Paris Stock Exchange.
* PUBLICIS PUBP.PA announced on Friday that it would repurchase two million shares for its employee share plans, or 0.8% of its capital.
