* BELIEVE BLV.PA – Warner Music Group announced on Saturday that it had decided not to submit an offer for the French digital music group.

* ATOS ATOS.PA – Butler Industries announced on Sunday that it had joined the Atos rescue plan led by Onepoint, its largest shareholder, and which aims in particular to avoid any plans to sell the group in difficulty.

* VIVENDI VIV.PA – Canal+ made a firm offer on Monday to buy all the shares of South African broadcaster MultiChoice MCGJ.J that it does not yet own, the two companies said.
