For Vanessa Bryant (37) yesterday was definitely not an easy Saturday. On April 18, she and her husband Kobe Bryant (1978-2020) celebrated their wedding anniversary. "My king, my heart, my best friend. Happy 19th wedding anniversary, baby," wrote the widow to a snapshot of the two on Instagram, where she snuggled up to him and he kissed her on the cheek.
"I miss you so much. I wish you were here to hold me in my arms. I love you," Vanessa Bryant continued. Since 2001 she has been married to the professional basketball player who died in a helicopter crash on January 26 of this year. Four daughters sprang from their love: Natalia (17), Bianka (3), Capri (9 months) and Gianna. The latter was also on board the machine during the accident. She was only 13 years old.
