(CercleFinance.com) – Vantiva (previously known as Technicolor) announces that it has obtained authorization from the South African authorities to proceed with the acquisition of CommScope’s Home Networks activities.
With this authorization, the company has lifted all conditions linked to the competition authorities and is taking a new step in the acquisition process. The final signing of the operation should take place in January 2024.
According to her, this acquisition would ‘significantly expand Vantiva’s customer portfolio, increase its presence in strategic geographies and strengthen the company’s innovation capabilities.’
