Var Suspicions of wild bites in a college in Toulon

A dozen students, aged 12, said they had been victims of savage bites in their school, in Toulon, in the Var, reveals BFMTV.

These are young girls, in 6th grade, who were bitten by their classmates in the courtyard of the Marquisanne college.

The students were bitten with a diabetes tester according to a police source at BFMTV.

The management of the college and a parent of a student contacted the police.

Hearings should take place to clarify the role and responsibilities of each.

Many complaints in France

An unexplained wave of stings has affected nightclubs, bars and festivals across the country in recent months, with complaints lodged from Lille to Béziers and from Lorient to Grenoble, via Lyon, Besançon or Valence.

In recent days, six complaints have been filed for “stings” during the International University Music Festival in Belfort. Four other people filed a complaint, saying they were stung during the Pentecostavic festival in Vic-Fezensac, in the Gers, and a suspect was taken into custody.

Fourteen complaints were filed in Toulon after the recording of the TF1 program “La Chanson de l’année”. A 20-year-old man was indicted in the context of an open judicial investigation, in particular for “violence aggravated by a weapon (the syringe) and by premeditation”. He was remanded in custody, said Toulon prosecutor Samuel Finielz.

At least 51 cases of suspicious bites were recorded during the Feria de Nîmes, in the Gard, and a few complaints were filed.
