Vegan sausage & cheese – this is how vegan alternatives really taste

Healthier or not, better taste or not, environmentally friendly or not? Vegan products are controversial. We have tested some products that are very popular on the internet.

There are many vegan alternatives to animal products: But how do meat-free sausages, dairy-free cheese and the like really taste? We tested it:

Sunflower Bolognese

This mixture is poured with water and a mixture of spices and should be made into a vegan Bolognese sauce with fried onions, garlic and tomato puree. Not bad in taste, even if this Bolognese does not come close to the original. Nevertheless, the vegan alternative provides more vitamins and minerals. It is also significantly lower in fat!
