(CercleFinance.com) – Veolia’s board of directors has decided to separate the functions of chairman of the board of directors from those of chief executive officer.
The directors expressed to Antoine Frérot their unanimous wish that he retain the chairmanship of the board of directors of Veolia. To this end, they will propose to the shareholders the renewal of his mandate as director at the general meeting of June 15, 2022.
On the proposal of the Appointments Committee, the Board of Directors also decided that Estelle Brachlianoff, Deputy Managing Director in charge of operations, will take over from Antoine Frérot as General Management of Veolia as of July 1, 2022. He will be proposed. to the shareholders that it joins the board of directors.
