VEOLIA WILL SELL INDUSTRIAL WATER TREATMENT ACTIVITIES IN FRANCE TO SÉCHÉ
PARIS (Reuters) – Veolia announced on Tuesday an agreement to sell industrial water treatment services in France to Séché Environnement.
In a statement, the group said that this was the last part of the antitrust remedies required by the European Commission as part of the merger with Suez.
