(CercleFinance.com) – As part of its commitment to sustainable development, Verallia announces that it has finalized the acquisition of three companies from the Santaolalla group (Ecosan Ambiental, Ecolabora and Vidrologic) in Spain and Portugal.
As part of these acquisitions, the French manufacturer of glass packaging for the food industry has taken over five new cullet processing plants, both in the flat glass sector for industry and in that of hollow glass.
These five new cullet processing centers are in addition to the four plants that Verallia already operates in the Iberian Peninsula. Two of them will enter service in 2023, in a joint venture with TMA Recicla.
