A new project to turn around the Group’s business

Vincent de Mauny, Managing Director of Vergnet, presented this Thursday, November 9, his roadmap for the coming months. Since his appointment at the end of July 2023 and after an inventory of the situation (complex governance history, less efficient operating model, degraded financial structure and loss of stakeholder confidence), he has taken initial measures such as the launch a complete audit (currently being finalized) and the establishment of new governance, with a stated desire to quickly turn the situation around.

Management has identified three priority areas which should form the basis of Vergnet’s future strategic plan:

  1. Implementation of tighter and transparent governance

  2. Realign Vergnet’s structures and resources to meet the Group’s needs

  3. Set strategic and tactical priorities by geographic areas of activity

Building on these strengths, Vergnet’s undeniable know-how, and a certain desire to restore panache, growth and profitability to the company, management is studying new means of financing to carry out its developments.
