(AOF) – The Vergnet group has terminated the financing contract in the form of bonds convertible into shares, concluded at the end of December 2023 with Delta AM, an investment company specializing in the provision of flexible financing linked to capital. This contract for the issue and subscription of bonds convertible into new shares (OCA) covered a maximum amount of 6 million euros. This decision comes as part of discussions with new financial partners in order to support the group’s activity and developments in Asia and Brazil in particular.
