(Boursier.com) — The Group’s new management Vergneta specialist in the production of renewable energies (wind, solar, hybrid), announces its first measures within the framework of the 3R Plan which aims to make the company a leading player in this sector.
To generate sustainable sources of growth, enhance its offer (Range/Circuits/Services), and differentiate itself from increasingly fragmented competition, Vergnet is reconnecting with its DNA and its genetic mission: to assert itself as a creator energy independence since 1989.
Vergnet is therefore adopting a new organization designed to strengthen commercial and operational efficiency, innovation and the diversification of solutions offered by Vergnet. An organization favoring the involvement of each employee and in which the role of each is clearly identified.
In concrete terms, the transformation desired by the new General Management revolves around 3 first structuring initiatives.
1/ Creation of new directions
– A “Business Development” Department whose objective is to bring out new sectors of activity
– A “Commercial” Department responsible for building loyalty and conquering new territories
– A “Marketing and Communication” Department intended to increase the visibility and attractiveness of Vergnet
– A “Legal” Department to finalize litigation and secure contractual relations with the company’s various partners and customers
2/ Rationalization of subsidiaries
The different countries are grouped around 4 clearly defined zones, an organization based on the deep expertise of the company and the successful experience of its subsidiary Vergnet Pacific, bridgehead of the Asia zone, which will infuse the company: Vergnet Europe ; Vergnet Asia-Oceania; Vergnet Africa; Vergnet Americas
3/ New identity
In order to clearly signify the new dynamic of the company, a new identity is being developed and should be made public in the next few weeks.
