Vergnet ends his contract
financing with the company NEGMA

Vergnet announces that it has terminated the contract for the issue and subscription of bonds convertible into new shares (“OCA”) with attached share subscription warrants (“BSA”, together the “OCABSA”), concluded on September 26, 2022 , and which concerned a maximum total nominal amount of one hundred million euros (€100,000,000) reserved for the benefit of Negma Group Investment (“
Negma Group
“).
The termination of this contract is motivated by the impossibility for Vergnet to draw tranches in accordance with the terms of the contract.
This situation forces Vergnet to quickly turn to other financing to meet its obligations.
