Foot injury and demo? No problem for Victoria Beckham, who shone on the catwalk in Paris with crutches and high heels.

Victoria Beckham (49) presented her new collection at Paris Fashion Week on Friday (March 1st). The designer didn’t let her foot injury stop her: With crutches, but still in high heels, the former Spice Girl walked down the catwalk at the end of the show to thunderous applause.

In mid-February, Beckham broke his left foot during a workout in the gym and was subsequently photographed wearing a large black brace. On the catwalk she combined this with a black high heel on the other foot and a black outfit.

PETA protest causes chaos

The designer didn’t let the protesting PETA activists, who briefly interrupted Beckham’s show with signs reading “Viva Vegan Leather” or “Animals are not material,” put a damper on the designer’s plans.

Finally, Beckham had enough support on site: In the front row, next to “Vogue” editor-in-chief Anna Wintour (74), husband David Beckham (48) and their children Cruz (19), Harper (12) and Brooklyn (24) and his wife sat Nicola Peltz (29). The latter stood out in a bright red mini dress and skin-colored fishnet tights.
