Changing your life is sometimes a difficult step to take. However, former actress Adeline Blondieau did not hesitate for a second. Guest on the set of the show “Beautiful & Good”on France 2, this Saturday February 24, she was able to look back on her career and on this rather radical decision. Today, the former actress is a sophrologist specializing in stress management and has left everything to come to the Camargue. During his interview in “Nice and good”,she explains why she wanted to change her life: “I no longer felt wanted, no longer loved in this profession. I was asked to do surgery, it scared me too much. I felt less and less in my place and I started to lose myself.”It was at that moment that Christian Blondieau’s daughter had a click.“I tried to find another meaning in my life. I was able to turn to other qualities that I resembled.”
At the turning point of this new life, Adeline meets Catherine Aliotta, sophrologist and founder of the Sophrology Training Institute. She ended up becoming more and more interested in this technique and decided to follow training. Over time, Johnny Hallyday’s former companion developed a clientele in Paris. But unfortunately, it will be hit by confinement. She makes a radical decision, leaving Paris to go to the Camargue. Today, the former actress lives from her passion and offers sophrology workshops in her new haven of peace. To recharge her batteries, she indulges in her favorite activities, yoga and horse riding. But Adeline didn’t always live this life. She enjoyed fame for many years.

A woman of many facets
Since childhood, Adeline Blondieau has evolved in an artistic universe. In 1991, she launched into singing with a 45 rpm written by Félix Gray,“Desires for love”.
