Still facing Anne-Élisabeth Lemoine, Basile Boli shared other memories he has of Bernard Tapie. Speaking about the businessman’s investment in the club, the footballer said: “He was someone who stood out in the player rankings, in the team, basically. He even came at half-time to yell at us sometimes, quite often, even. He had the sense to leave me on the field.” A “flair” which allowed him to win the Olympique de Marseille the Champions League in 1993.
