So you can concentrate on feasting and enjoying yourself at Christmas.
No stress at Christmas? Sounds utopian, but it is completely feasible. The solution: Simply pre-cook and freeze the entire Christmas menu.
Standing in the kitchen half the day so that the three-course menu is on the table on Christmas Eve, which can then be plastered in a mere 30 minutes. That is the hard balance of December 24th. But of course you don't want to miss out on a feast and you enter into the deal. The good news is that things can be more relaxed by pre-cooking, freezing, and briefly defrosting the food at Christmas.
