Singer-songwriter, Eddy de Pretto was a guest on the show C the weekly (France 5), in order to promote his album Heart crash this Saturday, April 20. During the talk show, the 30-year-old artist was surprised to be sent an audio message by Stéphane Voirin, the companion of the teacher Agnès Lassalle, who died after being stabbed by a student. During the funeral of his deceased love, Stéphane Voirin performed a few dance steps to honor her memory. Eddy de Pretto was inspired by this scene to create one of the songs for his album. The presenter Aurélie Casse then declared to the singer: “He is very touched by this song. We contacted Stéphane Voirin. His words are very rare and listen to what he has to say to you“. In his message, the former companion of Agnès Lasalle declared with emotion that he had listened to several interviews with the artist and that he found his “very interesting comments”. He praised the way in which the singer values love and the feeling of love in his songs.
He then explained: “Music, song, dance are linked and create emotions in us that overwhelm us and go straight to the heart. You sing about love and you sing it so well. This dance for me was completely natural, it was the appropriate, acceptable way that my heart dictated to me to respond to this situation.” In conclusion, he declared to today’s guest: “Life is a fight that we must face. We can give up sometimes, but we must find the resource to get up and stand up. Misfortune is not inevitable for us to dance, let us sing. Love is healing, but you know that well. You are a beautiful person Eddy, a great artist, thank you. This big declaration particularly touched Eddy de Pretto.

Eddy de Pretto: his next performance in a music festival
A sensitive and committed artist, Eddy de Pretto is one of the artists who will perform on stage during the Printemps de Bourges. The music festival is scheduled from April 23 to 28, 2024.
