Faustine Bollaert is a great romantic. At the helm of a new issue of It starts today, broadcast this Wednesday, November 22 on France 2, the 44-year-old host collected the moving stories of her guests who moved heaven and earth to reconnect with their first love. Very quickly, Maxime Chattam’s wife was moved by listening to Frédéric’s story. When he was only 10 years old, this Parisian fell madly in love with his neighbor Nathalie, three years his junior. After a timid approach in the playground, the two children became accomplices by playing prince charming and princess. A fairy tale that never came true. Frédéric moved to Saint-Pierre and Miquelon. Before leaving, he took care to offer his beloved a present.

Neither one, nor two, the host wanted to show him the opposite by telling him an adorable confidence about his daughter Abbie. “Listen, I have a 10 year old little girl, sorry Frédéric I’m not talking about myself but nevertheless, I can tell you that love stories are very important”, she assured with tenderness. Before continuing: “It’s not that little 10 years, it’s not 6 years, we have memories!” Mom’s words!

Faustine Bollaert fulfilled by her role as a mother
A busy mom, but who is no less present. At the helm of It starts today every afternoon of the week on France 2, Faustine Bollaert is keen to spend her free time with her two children, Abbie and Peter, as she confided in an issue of the podcast InPower. “I see them a lot, I am a very present motherbut you see, just now, I left them, I was feeling blue”she admitted.
During this interview, Faustine Bollaert explained to Louise Aubery how her role as a mother fulfilled her every day. “It’s a source of satisfaction, of love… You receive so much, you receive as much as you give, you shouldn’t think that it’s a free gift (…) It’s totally an exchange balance”she assured, and added: “Their love gave me incredible strength. My children have me freed from anxietiesbecause in fact, they put the priorities in the right directionI stopped navel gazing. They opened my eyes to the world (…) Today, clearly, they are my strength”, explained Abbie and Peter’s mother. A statement that says a lot about the love that Faustine Bollaert has for them.
