Book in which he obviously evokes the health crisis. On the show, he answered questions from columnists, including the Covid-19 vaccine and potential side effects. “The interpretation of the effects of both the vaccine and the disease depends on your opinion of them”, said the infectious disease specialist, before explaining: “For example, right now when you’re told, ‘There are so many people who have died with Omicron’, in reality the virus is circulating so much that there are a number of people who have died from something else entirely or are in intensive care for any other reason, but as we take samples for everyone, we find Omicron, which means that the cause and effect relationship […] is not going to be the same depending on whether you think we are facing a pandemic that is killing everyone or whether you think it is a virus circulating as usual. For vaccines, it’s the same thing.” For him, the link between the vaccine and the pathologies potentially linked to vaccination remains to be proven. Nathalie Marquay, also a guest of TPMP, took the opportunity to interview Didier Raoult and to discuss the state of health of Jean-Pierre Pernaut.

As a reminder, a few weeks ago, we learned that the presenter (who has already fought against prostate cancer) was suffering from lung cancer. “I have a question, because I have my father and my husband who got vaccinated at the same time. And my father, eight days later, had shingles. And, unfortunately, since January, […] Jean-Pierre has had four mini strokes since he had the vaccine“, said Nathalie Marquay. For her, Jean-Pierre Pernaut’s heart problems are linked to vaccination: “When I’m in the hospital and I tell the doctors: “It’s still weird because we do all the possible exams on Jean-Pierre to find where these mini strokes come from and we can’t find”. I ask them if there is a connection with the vaccine he had eight days before. And immediately, they say to me: ”Especially not”.
But she is dubious about this answer. Especially since she noted other strange consequences to the vaccine. “The day I got vaccinated the next day I got the Covid“, she said.
