The actor was invited alongside François Damiens and Edouard Baer to promote the latter’s film, Farewell Paris. Like he usually does, the Belgian did not deprive himself of buffoon and amuse the gallery, as he is used to doing during his public appearances. From the start of the show, he targeted Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine: “It seems like it’s long“, he said, speaking of the show C to you. Which obviously made everyone laugh.
Encouraged, Benoît Poelvoorde added: “We were told that the formula is extremely long. We have been told : ‘Mr. Cohen won’t be able to eat for half an hour’.” Change of target. Always with humor, the actor attacks this time Patrick Cohen, who is not offended at all: “We were told that Patrick Cohen was eating during the show and I won’t name a name…yes it’s Ali Baddou“, he finally admits.
Untenable in the show
This is not the first time that Benoît Poelvoorde has been invited to the show C to you and that it is untenable there. The actor made a memorable appearance there last June, alongside Christian Clavier, during which he had a lot of trouble keeping his seriousness. Results : an intense laughter took the actor during the evocation of an anecdote concerning a former cyclist, François Faber. In 1926 he “devoured a roast chicken in 3 minutes and 8 seconds, while his technician checked his bike“, said one of the guests. “What makes you laugh, Benoît?“, asked Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine, visibly amused by the situation. “If we see the photo of François Faber, now we will remember him… ‘This guy ate a chicken,'” he replied.
