- The Swiss photographer Dominic Büttner filmed the Federal Constitution.
- A total of 175 people read for the citizens’ project “Constitution” the 195 articles in front of the camera.
- The short films are now available free of charge on the video platforms YouTube and Vimeo, as the project managers announced.
The videos showed a “polyphonic and multicolored” picture of Switzerland. The articles are read by prominent personalities, but also by people who are not publicly known.

The project was created on the occasion of the 175th anniversary of the Federal Constitution, which is being celebrated this year. But Büttner also wanted to counteract the rifts in Swiss society that became apparent during the pandemic, as the statement said.
The project was financed by cities and cantons, individuals and various foundations, but without federal money, as the statement emphasized. Büttner is now looking for financial means to implement the project in French, Italian and Romansh.
