The ingredients for 4 people :

– 150g dark chocolate with at least 60% cocoa

– 150ml aquafaba (chickpea cooking water)

– 30g icing sugar

– Flower of salt

Julia Sedefdjian is a French chef born in 1996 in Antibes. Passionate about cooking from an early age, she studied cooking in Nice. At only 18, she participated in the show “Top Chef”, standing out for her talent and creativity. She then worked alongside renowned chefs and opened her own restaurant in Paris, “Baieta”, which quickly obtained a star in the Michelin Guide, making her the youngest starred chef in France. Julia represents the new generation of French chefs, skillfully combining Mediterranean flavors with international influences.
