On Wednesday January 26, Alban and Raphaël (and their dog Polka) came to present Dalma, a health subscription for pets at the price of 7.99 euros per month. “We are at the very beginning of our adventure, we are in the pre-registration phase. It has been two weeks since we started and we have already collected more than two thousand pre-registrants”, they explained, adding that they were looking for an expert to help them build their growth strategy.
Their offer: 300,000 for 5% of the capital of their company which they have just launched. What to challenge Eric Larchevêque: “There’s something I don’t understand: you say you started a fortnight ago and you value your business at 6 million euros [puisqu’ils demandent 300 000 euros pour 5%, ndlr]. Excuse me but you are not well?“

And Eric Larchevêque was not the only one shocked by the offer from Alban and Raphaël. “I think you’re brilliant, you’re smart, but there’s zero turnover, zero community and you’re selling a six-stick future promise. I’m willing to believe the promises […] but at some point there have to be some reassuring signs for investors”, said Anthony Bourbon, before Jean-Pierre Nadir outbid: “I think you’re on the right M6 channel, but you got the wrong show: your own show is Amazing talent. To raise a valuation of six million after all that has just been said, I think you have to go see the magician Eric Antoine. There is a total disconnection… my arms are falling out of me.” Eric Larchevêque even added: “Don’t blame me for considering your offer ridiculous.” No magic trick: Alban and Raphaël left without any offer.
