A fire broke out this Saturday at the start of the evening in an apartment located at 101 cours de Tolstoy in Villeurbanne, causing one minor injury.
The owner’s electric scooter, in his thirties, caught fire. It is, for the moment, difficult to know why the machine caught fire.
Flames then spread to part of the apartment on the 4th floor of a six-storey building.
Hand burns
The fire was quickly brought under control by firefighters.
One of the occupants of the accommodation, who suffered from burns to his hands, however, had to be transported to the hospital shortly before 8 p.m.
The two occupants of the apartment will have to be relocated, at least for that night.
