(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on June 16, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Vinci and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.94% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from a sale of Vinci shares outside and on the market and a reduction in the number of Vinci shares held as collateral.
