(Boursier.com) — As part of the implementation of its share buyback program, Vinci signed a share purchase agreement with an investment service provider on October 2. Under the terms of this agreement, valid from October 3 to December 20, 2023 at the latest, Vinci mandates the service provider to acquire Vinci shares on its behalf up to a limit of 400 million euros.
