(CercleFinance.com) – Vinci announces that Vinci Concessions has finalized an investment of 15 million euros in Hype, the first integrated hydrogen mobility platform in France, operating a large fleet of hydrogen taxis.
The operation is accompanied by the establishment of a strategic partnership between the two partners intended to accelerate the development of hydrogen mobility in France and internationally.
As part of this partnership, Hype will entrust Vinci Energies with the construction of new hydrogen production and distribution stations in Ile-de-France: open to all, 26 locally produced hydrogen distribution stations – including 20 capacity of 1 ton/day – should be commissioned there over the next three years.
In addition, Vinci Concessions will put its resources at the service of Hype to enable it to deploy its network of stations in other regions of France, as well as internationally.
