Vinci announces an upcoming mission of new actions reserved for the group’s employees in France as part of its savings plan, a mission which will take place at the end of a subscription period which will run from January 1 to April 30. 2022.
The issue price of the new shares was set at 85.59 euros. The maximum number of shares that can be placed and the total amount of the issue will depend on the level of subscriptions by employees to units placed by the FCPE ‘Castor Relais 2022/1’.
This FCPE will subscribe to the new shares at the end of May 2022. The admission of the new shares to trading on Euronext Paris will be requested immediately after their creation. They will carry enjoyment from January 1, 2022.
