(AOF) – The Vinci Board of Directors, meeting under the chairmanship of Xavier Huillard, unanimously approved the latter’s appointment of Pierre Anjolras as operational general manager of Vinci. Pierre Anjolras will report to Xavier Huillard, Chairman and CEO of Vinci, and will have the mission of supervising the group’s operational activities in its various sectors of activity.
The Vinci group specifies that this appointment constitutes the first step in the implementation of the succession plan for Xavier Huillard whose mandate, in his capacity as general manager of Vinci, will end in 2025 at the end of the general meeting called to rule on the 2024 accounts.
