(CercleFinance.com) – Vinci Concessions announces that it has increased its majority stake in the Rion-Antirion bridge concession in Greece.
Vinci Concessions increases its stake from 57.5% to 72.3% in the concession company and from 55.3% to 70.5% in the operating company. The total price of the acquisition is around 60 million euros for the two shareholders.
The Rion-Antirion bridge (2.8 km) connects the Peloponnese to mainland Greece and achieved a turnover of around 38 million euros in 2021.
