VISIATIV: ACQUISITION OF TECHFORM CPQ SOFTWARE – VISIATIV STRENGTHENS ITS VALUE PROPOSITION BY INTEGRATING A CONFIGURATION, PRICING AND QUOTATION (CPQ) SOLUTION – 08/07/2023 at 08:00

Lyon, August 7, 2023 – 8 a.m. Visiativ, the specialist in digital transformation and innovation for SMEs and ETIs, is listed on Euronext Growth in Paris (FR0004029478, ALVIV).

Visiativ announces that it has been chosen by the Commercial Court of Toulouse to take over all the assets and all the employees of Techform, a pure-player software publisher for technical and commercial configuration. This acquisition strengthens the Visiativ Innovation Platform offered to industrial SMEs and ETIs.

Founded in 2000 by its founding director Charles Bensoussan, Techform has established itself in the development of costing solutions and technical configurations dedicated to complex products.

Techform CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Techform’s main software addresses the issues of French industrial SMEs, Visitai’s core target. This new component, patented and labeled BPI France, enriches the business solution

of the Visiativ Innovation Platform. In addition, the connection of a CPQ tool with PIM and PLM Visiativ solutions will ensure data consistency and alignment from design to product sale. This leads to a broader commercial offer and an improved customer experience, with real-time 3D visualization of configured products.

The strong complementarity of the respective client portfolios of Techform and Visiativ will contribute to the achievement of significant commercial synergies.

Based in Labège (Toulouse region), the company has 35 employees and supports around a hundred customers and more than 24,000 users on a daily basis.

This takeover is well received by Techform employees and customers, reassured by the solidity of Visiativ.

The acquisition of the assets of Techform, whose activity will be consolidated during the second half of 2023, is financed entirely in cash.
